Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail or International First Class or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight, with delivery confirmation once your order has been processed. The delivery confirmation number will be sent to the email through which you purchased, once your item ships. Some orders will require signature confirmation upon delivery, depending on value, destination, and order history.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Precut Window Tint Kits are custom cut for you at time of order. Because of this we are unable to accept returns or refund purchases of precut window tint kits unless we have made a mistake with your order. If there is an issue with your order being incorrect please contact us and provide pictures showing the issue so we may see what you see. If it is determined we have made a mistake with your order we can send replacements or refund the cost of the item. We can not send replacements or refund your purchase if the correct item has been sent as ordered.
Window Tint Rolls: We accept exchange upon return only. Exchanges are only accepted if we ship you the wrong item according to your order details, or if there is shipping damage. Shipping damage claims MUST be unopened and stamped "Damaged" by the carrier.
Returns for Window Tint Rolls are accepted for unopened packages only.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking / service fee on any returned items or cancelled transactions.
Original shipping cost is non-refundable / non-returnable.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days of delivery for any reason.
